All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

The bed was easy to put together (approx 2hrs by one person) and high quality materials. The storage is amazing and easy to lift up. As others said, the colour is more of a beige than grey but that's what I wanted - it's gorgeous!
Ordered in king size. Delivery was quicker than expected.
Only grumble was £20 for ‘2’ man delivery. Yes there were two men only one brought both (heavy) boxes up to my apartment & when I said oh two man delivery he struggled his shoulders & said no can do it.
The bed assemble was fab. Easy to follow instructions took exactly two hours. A couple of the threads were tough but all good
