Please remember to refer to your order confirmation for any pre-order information and estimated dispatch dates.

All timeframes are from when the items are in stock. Items on a pre-order have an estimated dispatch  timeframe. Please note that this is an estimate and may fluctuate, but we will endeavour to keep you up to date.

*If all Furniture Items are in-stock when you purchase, you will be given the opportunity to select your chosen delivery day at checkout. If some items are on pre-order and have an estimated delivery date, you will receive an SMS with a booking link as soon as we have all of your Furniture Items ready for dispatch.

Christmas Delivery

Please be aware, Christmas delivery for 2-Man and medium-sized items depends on the booking dates available at checkout. Prior to placing your order, make sure to check whether the item is on pre-order, as these dates can occasionally fluctuate.

Our final cut-off for next-day delivery is before 7pm on the 21st December. If you place an order after this date, it will be delivered on the next available working day once the Christmas period has passed.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on the total weight of your delivery and are confirmed at the checkout.

Parcel Delivery

If you have purchased multiple Small Items, we will dispatch each item to you when we have it in stock. If you have only received part of your order, please refer to your order confirmation for any pre-order information and estimated dispatch dates.

Our Standard Delivery service with Evri is typically delivered in 3-5 working days and is free on all orders over £75.00.

We know that not everyone can wait that long, which is why we also offer Next Day delivery options* for an additional charge.

*To use the Next Day delivery service, please ensure that your order is placed before 7pm on the preceding day. Orders placed on a Next Day service before 7pm Friday will arrive on Saturday. Our Next Day delivery excludes orders placed on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Simply enter your tracking number on Evri to track your parcel. You may receive multiple tracking links if we have split your order into multiple parcels.

How do I track my order?

For small items we would recommend using the Evri App to track your order!

With the Evri App, you can follow your parcel on a map, tracking the driver’s progress, minute by minute.

You can also get details about your driver, including ratings and profiles.

One-Man Delivery

If you have purchased multiple Small to Medium Boxes, we will dispatch each item to you when we have it in stock. When your order is ready for dispatch, we will contact you to book in your preferred delivery date. 

If you have only received part of your order, please refer to your order confirmation for any pre-order information and estimated dispatch dates.

Our Small to Medium Box Deliveries are sent via FedEx to allow for speedy but well-cared for delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track this with FedEx directly here.

Two-Man Delivery

If all Large to XXX-Large Box Items are in-stock when you purchase, you will be given the opportunity to select your chosen delivery day at checkout.

Typically, 2-Man Delivery is available Monday - Friday.

If some items are on pre-order and have an estimated delivery date, you will receive an SMS with a booking link as soon as we have all of your Large Boxes ready for dispatch.

We recommend carefully choosing a day that you can be available all day. If you are not available when the 2-Man Delivery is attempted, you will be charged the original delivery charge again before this can be reattempted. 

Large to XXX-Large Box Deliveries are sent via one of our 2-Man Delivery Partners. These include: ArrowXL, BJS and DX.

What to expect from your 2-man delivery service

We know how exciting delivery day is, so here’s exactly how it works:

Step 1: We prepare your order

You will have already confirmed your delivery date. We will notify you once your delivery has been dispatched. You will also receive an update from the chosen 2-Man Delivery Partner, so you’ll know who to expect for your delivery.

Step 2: Confirm your delivery date

Our 2-Man Delivery Partner will keep you in the loop along the way. They will need you to confirm the delivery slot with them - If you don’t confirm the delivery date, it won’t go ahead. They will provide you with a 2 to 3 hour delivery window the day prior to delivery. Please note, this can fluctuate depending on any potential disruptions or delays on the drivers’ route, so be sure that you’ve only selected a date where you can be available all day.

Step 3: We deliver to your chosen room

The team will bring your items to your room of choice, this applies to rooms between ground level and level two, where the driver has confirmed that delivery can be completed without damage to the goods or your property. Please be advised, this is at the driver’s discretion and may be dependent on the delivery location and/or the weight of the boxes. If all the rooms in your delivery address are above level three, they will usually deliver to the ground floor.

A quick note on sofa beds delivery

Due to their size and weight, our sofa beds (except Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to the ground floor. They can’t be taken upstairs or into specific rooms, so please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Important things to know about our two-man delivery:

On the day

You’ll get a 3-hour time slot in advance.

Then, a heads-up 30-60 minutes before the driver arrives.

If you are not available on your chosen delivery day, you will be charged a redelivery fee, unless 2 working days notice is provided. This fee will be equivalent to the original shipping fee applicable to your order.

Please be available all day

Delivery slots can vary slightly, so please make sure someone is available all day, even after your 3-hour window has been provided.

Parking, pathways & protection

Please make sure there’s space nearby for the van to park safely.

Clear a path to the room of choice and protect any flooring or furnishings to prevent damage.

If there’s a problem…

Let the drivers know straight away if there are any issues, or report to us within 24 hours of delivery.

What’s not included in this service

Unpacking or package recycling - Please dispose of the packaging carefully. Returns must be sent in the original packaging, so thoroughly check your item before throwing it away.

We don’t offer assembly services - If you hire a third-party service, that’s at your own risk, and we can’t cover any costs if something goes wrong.

Islands, Northern Ireland & other remote areas

Unfortunately, we cannot offer Delivery to Islands or Northern Ireland. 

We deliver to some Remote Areas and advise to allow an additional 10 working days for delivery.

For Two-Man Delivery services in remote areas, we have reduced availability and delivery dates. To ensure you are given the most suitable and soonest available dates, you will be contacted by our Delivery Partner directly to book in your delivery. 

You will be advised at checkout of the delivery timeframes appropriate to your area. Likewise, you will not be able to proceed with your order if we cannot provide delivery in your area. 

If you choose to forward your parcel to another country using your own courier, we can’t take responsibility for any issues after it has reached your UK delivery address.
