We understand that getting used to your new mattress can take some time. That’s why we offer a 100 Night Sleep Trial to give you plenty of time to sleep on it and ensure it’s right for you.
If during the first 100 days of owning your mattress you decide it’s not quite right, our Customer Service Team will arrange a fuss-free return – simply read the terms and conditions below.
When does the 100 Night Sleep Trial begin?
Your 100 Night Sleep Trial begins on the day your mattress is delivered. Returns are eligible for up to 100 nights following delivery.
We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for 4-6 weeks before deciding if it’s right for you. This allows materials like memory foam to fully expand after delivery and adjust to your body shape for the best possible comfort.
How to make sure you can return your mattress
You must use a mattress protector for the duration of your 100 Night Sleep Trial to ensure there’s no sign of use.
We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the mattress is damaged, including but not limited to:
- Wear and tear (including stains or marks).
- Damage through wilful neglect or poor storage conditions.
- Rusting and/or corrosion caused by exposure to water or weather.
- Damage caused by fire, smoke, or infestation by animals or insects.
- Alterations or repairs made by unauthorised third parties.
The 100 Night Sleep Trial only applies if the mattress is used in a domestic and non-commercial environment.
How your mattress refund works
After arranging your return with our customer service team, your mattress will be collected by Rhenus, our 2-man delivery partner. A collection fee of £39.99 applies to any mattress returned under the 100 Night Sleep Trial. This amount will be deducted from your refund. You will receive your refund within 14 days of your mattress being collected.
Steps to take before your mattress is collected
After arranging your return, please remove all bedsheets and ensure the mattress is stored in a dry, accessible room between ground level and level three. You do not need to retain any of the original packaging to take advantage of the 100 Night Sleep Trial.
What happens if I’m not available for the collection?
Please only select a collection date and time that you can fulfil. If you are not available at the collection address when the collection is attempted, you will still be charged the £39.99 collection fee.
Does the 100 Night Sleep Trial apply to all DUSK products?
No, the trial only applies to our range of mattresses. All other DUSK products are excluded.
What if my mattress is faulty?
We take care to ensure every DUSK mattress arrives in perfect condition. But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry, we’re here to help.
If your mattress is faulty or not as described, this trial doesn’t affect your legal rights. Please contact our Customer Service Team, and we’ll be happy to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
