Great product, easy transaction, delivered ion time. Box was damaged and not surprising considering there were two people n the van. One sat there leaving a young lad wearing pair of flip flops to take off the heavy parcels and having to roll the headboard over and over because it was too heavy to carry. Bed frame box was completely open. Challenged only one delivery person but was told that the person (driver) was busy putting the sport code in for their next delivery. No chance he could have taken that upstairs on his own. Luckily goods on checking did not appear to be damaged. Product is good and easy to assemble. Very happy with the bed!

This bed is beautiful! So expensive looking at amazing quality. Just brings our bedroom together and makes it so cosy.
Our bed arrived and due to our narrow stair case the delivery guys were unable to fit the box with the head board up the stairs. However, I called up Dusk and spoke to Hattie from customer services who was so lovely. She kindly explained the box does contain some additional packaging. Hattie eased my worries mentioning if once removing the head board out the box if it still does not fit Dusk will be able to collect and return it for a fee of ~£40 deducted from the cost of the bed. Luckily the headboard just about fit once the box was removed and we love our new bed. Loads of storage and a lovely colour.
I’m so pleased with the Madison bed in Ecru. Delivery was really easy to arrange and the delivery drivers were really helpful.
The bed is gorgeous - quality is brilliant and it was built in approx 1.5 hours (2 people)
