All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

The bed is generally fine, especially considering the price. The quality seems decent, but I do have one concern – the material on the headboard has a rather peculiar smell, which is noticeable. I hope it will go away over time. Additionally, the delivery was delayed – the purchase stated the bed would arrive within 5-7 days, but it actually took 18 days to arrive. Despite these issues, the bed meets my expectations overall.
It looks amazing. Love the storage underneath and makes my bedroom look so much better. I look forward to go bed each night.
The delivery was exceptionally efficient, both individuals were extremely helpful and professional. The bed is truly remarkable, and my son has been delighted with it.
I purchased the Madison Ottoman Bed in Stone Grey. The material is stunning and the colour lends itself more to the stone /beige colour scheme, which is exactly what I was looking for.
Dispatch took a couple of weeks, despite being in stock, but once with the delivery company they kept me informed and gave me options for a 3 hour delivery slot.
Building the bed is straightforward but takes a couple of hours. The gas pistons for the ottoman lift are very stiff, I’m still trying to get them moving, but the installation instructions recognise this and provide guidance.
Overall I’m so happy with this bed, it’s stunning and great quality.
Bed came perfect! Delivery drivers willing to put the bed in a room of our choice, due to having the whole family home we declined and took it up ourselves as the bed is very heavy and made sense for us to take it up. Bed is absolutely gorgeous I would say the bed is more neutral coloured than grey which for me is perfect as my room is all neutrals and wanted to step away from grey. 100% would purchase again for spare bedroom!
