All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

I ordered this chair for my dressing table / dressing room and it is perfect. Such a lovely material and colour and so comfortable to sit on. Assembly of chair was easy with good instructions. Delivery was super quick and convenient. 1000% recommend!

The chair is ideal for having in the bedroom great size and extremely comfortable.
Placed an order on the 6th of August, which was a bed and a chair. It was a two man delivery where you select dates when you are available so they can deliver. I received an email where I could choose the dates I clicked onto the link with no dates available and nothing to click on. I emailed serval times with no one replying to me. Made multiple phone calls which no one would answer to. It’s been 20 days since and I have not heard anything.
We initially bought this chair as an accent piece for our bedroom, but it quickly became an essential part of the room. Despite the material, it doesn’t attract lint and remains warm and comfortable, yet sturdy enough that you don’t sink into it. Assembly was incredibly easy, and the delivery was fast—just what you'd expect from Dusk.
