All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Want to return a lounge poufe. No telephone number and auto responses to emails. And worst of all, you want a £39.99 fee to return the item. So that’s £12.50 to deliver the item and £39.99 to return it. I’m £52.50 out of pocket and have not even bought anything 😡. I’ve never had such bad service off any company I have ever dealt with.
