All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Really happy with the bed. It's slightly wider than my other king bed as the headboard isn't flush with the sides. It matches my boucle curtains to the T. Building needs 2 people for speed. Takes a couple hours. Don't forget the strap before putting on 6b at the end!! Opens and closes easily. My first ottoman and I'm super impressed.
Delivery was so fast. I thought it'd be January but was able to book in the same week. My room is in the loft and they brought it up no problem.
A breeze to assemble, looks great and is finished to a high standard. Only thing is that two cross bars sit on the bottom of the storage compartment, which is slightly annoying as larger boxes won't fit. Still, fabulous generally speaking
Really love the quality and the comfort of this bed.
Amazing packaging, although it did take us a while to find the fittings inside the headboard. It made us laugh to read on the instructions, also in the headboard.
1. Find the fixtures in the zipped compartment, in the headboard.
However, saying that, the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Took us 1.5 hrs to put together from start to finish.
The bed is amazing and has so much storage. Heavy to lift the mattress to get to the storage as we have King Size - there’s no way I’d lift a Superking but that’s more the weight of the mattress than the bed.
Love the look and comfort of the bed and the price was great. After the initial order confirmation I didn’t hear anything for around a week and I started to worry but I needn’t have. The delivery slot was allocated on the 7th day and a couple of days later we had our bed. Overall I’m very happy with the bed and would certainly recommend.
We got the ascot boucle ottoman bed frame in size super king and it’s fab! Loads of room underneath it, needed 2 of us to put it up but once we got going with it was easy enough to assemble. Perfect addition to our newly decorated bedroom!
