I had a good service from Dusk, with delivery all on time. When I built the bed I was glad to have a friend helping me who is also a handyman - he had a few tools that probably made assembly easier, though Dusk provided a basic version of all the tools needed. The bed is great - seems sturdy and good quality. I’m delighted with the ottoman storage!
Great bed love the storage and looks really expensive
My daughter loves it, it took a bit of effort to put the bed together, and I panicked when I couldn’t find the fittings and instructions, until I realised there’s more parts inside the headboard, but once put together, It’s a beautiful bed, and my daughter loves it, she sleeps so much better in it. My cat approves too.

So much storage and quite easy to build between 2 people. Could have done it on my own but why struggle and take double the time.

Looks lovely and seems very sturdy, ottoman space underneath is fantastic
I was a bit worried when putting it together as the hydraulic arms seemed to be stuck but once all put together with the mattress on top they work perfectly. Only needed help for lifting the base onto the levers otherwise easily fitted together by one person. Best to use your own spanner as the one provided is a bit useless
