Customer Reviews
Really disappointed with this bed, bought Feb this year, put it together bit annoying no assembly service available but managed to do it. Moved house recently and the removal guys showed me that the support bar had bowed and said I must have missed a part or the part not included, have been in contact with dusk showed photos, they asked me to request the missing part, having looked at the instructions there isn’t one! It’s also beyond repair and it’s my 17 year old son’s bed and he weights no more than 75kg so can’t understand how it’s broken! The headboard for the Ascot can get grubby as well and difficult to clean. Overall really disappointed and has put me off, complete waste of £240!
Stunning, great quality bed. Perfect for my daughter.
This bed frame is so beautiful and a really affordable option. We have shopped with Dusk for a few years now, and will continue to do so for years to come! Our next bed is on order, for delivery in November, we can’t wait.
I love it! It’s exactly what I had in mind when I was creating the bedroom! It looks so chic!
Unfortunately the headboard is badly marked. I sent photos 2 weeks ago and have requested a refund/return but have not heard back. I submitted another faulty product form yesterday so hoping I get a response soon.
