All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

The bed is good for the price, looks expensive, and I assembled it myself. However, the first bed I received had incorrect parts, and the process of getting a new bed was really long. Honestly, at one point, I thought I was scammed. Now I have my bed and everything’s good, but I truly believe if customer service were more attentive, customers would be more patient and leave fewer bad reviews. They definitely need to improve their customer service because the product is great.
Bed came flat packed. Well packaged. Instructions were easy to follow took 2 to build but everything landed up and no issues. Lovely soft velvet fabric finish of headboard is beautiful. Just love it in our room and storage under is fantastic plus
