All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

The bed arrived with a missing part that’s crucial to building it so we haven’t been able to use it. Every time I try to call Dusk they hang up the phone automatically because they are “experiencing operational complexities” and every email I’ve sent goes unanswered
