All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

I’m so happy with this purchase. Spent ages looking at options and settled for the large drawer set and 2 bedside tables. Took a while to build but I’m happy with a flat pack. The furniture is solid, heavy and looks so much more expensive than it was. Overall very happy and I’d purchase again and recommend!
It looks really good
The Poppy 5 drawer chest grey is brilliant quality but came with two handles missing. Two days since I reported/emailed customer service still no reply 😑 so this is review for the product but not how the order was sent to me or how the complaint was handled
Love our bookshelf but the uppermost shelf (on the top) had a chip in the wood. Requested a replacement part but were told only a return /refund was available. We couldn’t face taking it apart and it would have been impossible to repack into the delivery boxes so we have kept it. It looks lovely but we are just disappointed that it has visible damaged.
We chose Nell hallway unit in cream for our cloakroom. It looks really smart and will be very useful for storing extra coats and shoes. I have given 4 stars because it was a bit tricky to build. My husband has a lot of experience making up kit furniture and we suggest you allow approximately 2-3 hours and a 2nd person for the last hour to help hold parts in place and for moving around. Not half hour to make up as suggested in the instructions! Now it is built and in place it does look great and we are very happy with the unit. The 4 stars are purely because of the building process.
