How can I access my account?
Staying on top of your FlexPay purchases is easy. Get instant access to your account information, set up a single monthly payment, see what your balance is and much more.
Downloading the app is the quickest and easiest way to manage your FlexPay account.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased on Black Horse FlexPay?
If you buy something using FlexPay and change your mind within the retailer’s return or refund period, your refund will return to your FlexPay account when the retailer processes it. This will be reflected in your balance on your app as well as on your online account manager and your next statement.
