All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

I was umming and arr-ing about this bed as was slightly over budget for what I wanted to spend on a bed for display for my spare room.
I spent some time going through the reviews and that’s what made me purchase.
The bed is really beautiful, lovely quality and material. I am a single 30 year old lady, I put this together with ease on my own (I had read a review where another lady wrote the same thing, and honestly it really is a one person job!)
I’m so glad, delivery was super, well communicated.
The only thing I was disappointed with is was that Dusk had a discount a couple of days after I purchased and they refund me the difference. I could have refused the delivery and repurchased which would have cost them more money then it’s worth, so slightly disappointed with that to keep customers coming back.
Otherwise, SO glad I purchased this bed same as everyone else in the reviews. It is just as you dream of ☺️ thanks Dusk!
Love this bed, easy to assembly, fantastic storage and looks expensive. Super pleased .
Good quality bed. We appreciate most need assembly but this needed a fair bit. You'll need 2hrs at least.
The bolts for the lift mechanism are too long and push into the fabric of the side portions so I needed to space them out with some washers which did the trick.
Biggest gripe is despite being a storage bed it takes a bit of strength to raise. My partner cannot lift alone so negates the advantages of her keeping her shoes under in there as she cannot get anything out of I am not there to help.
Another niggle is how it's lifted. You get a nylon strap to pull the bed up which looks cheap and an after thought. It either hangs out the bottom or you tuck away and it hard to get to again as the mattress (Dusk one bought at the same time) is heavy to move out the way to get to it.
All in all for the price it's good value and I would recommend.

Bed looks great ...when it has been built. You literally have to build the full bed from scratch from the base, frame ,sides, headboard , fitting the gas jacks for thr otterman and putting all the slats in !
But apart from that the bed is excellent.
