All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

I bought the above table for my daughter, she absolutely loves it. It was super easy to assemble and the quality was superb she was very very happy with it
We love this table and were very happy with the look and quality of the matching seats and bench we purchased to go with it. However it’s a shame that we received the table which had chips off the corner of the wooden top and scratches to it. These things happen we know, however after over a week of trying to arrange either a replacement or free return and full refund with customer services, we have heard nothing about how DUSK wishes to resolve this with us. We know processes have to be followed but feel that customer services and lack of communication is really letting down our satisfaction and experience with DUSK. Hopefully we will reach a solution soon and can continue to buy their lovely products, but if we aren’t able to reach a solution soon with customer services and the ‘investigation team’ we probably won’t be buying from them again unfortunately :(
The quality of the table and chairs are excellent and they were packaged really well. Unfortunately, even with substantial packaging, two chairs arrived with chips to the paintwork. This wouldn’t put me off from ordering from Dusk again, great product and great service.
