All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

I was worried after seeing reviews saying it took ages to come but it was here within 10 days, and was super easy to put together. The delivery guys took it upstairs for me and after sleeping on a mattress on the floor for months this was heavenly.
