All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

As soon as I put it on my sofa my cats all sat on it.
I was absolutely delighted when I opened the package, beautiful soft, cosy throws but so disappointed when the fabric was shedding so much, over furniture, clothing and flooring. I read the reviews which commented that even after washing and vacuuming shedding still occurred, hence I’ve had to arrange a return
