All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

I’m am very pleased with these dining chairs and would recommend them but I’m afraid that I have had quite a lot of hassle with DUSKE themselves. They are very difficult to contact, in fact their phones have down for weeks now and it is impossible to dial to a human being. There was a mix up with my order which took weeks to resolve. Very poor or at best erratic customer care. Sorry.
An influencer shared these chairs ‘stagedbyana.egger’ (different supplier in the US). We have a bespoke kitchen with marble etc and these chairs add a lovely warmth and texture. I was worried they would look cheap, but they really don’t. I was also worried they would stain easily with 2 kids under 5, and so far so good. So a double thumbs up from me
Unfortunately my order was not as expected, the seats of the stool are a lot bigger than anticipated. I have tried contacting customer services by email and telephone with no luck!!! Can a customer services rep please reply to my email to arrange how I return the items? There was no returns slip in the box. Look forward to hearing from you. Thank you
