All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

So so far I've ordered a double duckegg ottoman...... I also ordered 2x double duvet covers to go with the best and a throw which came but now I have no bed or covers because you sent 2 single duvet covers so could someone please get back to me ASAP regarding this
