All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

So happy with the bed. It arrived in good time and delivered to the room of my choice. I put it together on my own and the instructions were straight forward. Happy with my purchase.
I think this bed is good value. I do notice it’s not as good quality mechanically as my other ottoman bed (albeit not from DUSK but not much more money). When I pull the bed up and down using the strap, it doesn’t sit flush in the bed frame which is frustrating. We followed the instructions and had no issues building so can only put it down to cheap materials as it doesn’t sit flush so feels quite flimsy.
Overall, a good price point and nice headboard but actual bed frame isn’t great quality.
The ottoman bed is amazing but I received a light grey shade rather than natural shade as shown ,but still happy with the bed and the mattress from dusk.One of my colleague recommended dusk and am very happy with the purchase
I am very happy with this bed, from buying to the delivery process, everything was smooth going. The bed didn’t take too long to put together and it looks beautiful in my bedroom.
The bed arrived with no issues. When we came to assemble the bed there was no zipper compartment in the back of the headboard so we have no fixtures to put the bed together with. No response from Dusk despite repeated attempts at contact, so we are currently left with a useless headboard and some sides.
