All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Very good quality
Bed looks great ...when it has been built. You literally have to build the full bed from scratch from the base, frame ,sides, headboard , fitting the gas jacks for thr otterman and putting all the slats in !
But apart from that the bed is excellent.
Ordered the double Middleton ottoman bed, received it within a week. Delivery was excellent and I was kept well updated of the schedule, when it arrived the guys delivered it straight into to my upstairs bedroom ,no problem at all. The bed is lovely, quality much better than I expected, it came with easy to read assemble instructions. I am very happy with the overall service and would definitely order again from Dusk , in fact I’m thinking of replacing my king size next 😀

The two boxes came intact. When the box was opened every component was also intact. The bed is very steady and looks so beautiful even better than expected. The bed was delivered two weeks before the estimated delivery date. That was impressive! I was contacted by email and by telephone before the bed was delivered. I am very happy with the bed and the delivery service. I will definitely buy products from Dusk.
