Hampshire Chenille 2 Seater Sofa - Light Grey

Bought the 3 seater Hampshire sofa in Beige to fit in the Snug. It looks lovely when dressed with cushions and throw. Very modern and love the low arms so we can stretch out giving even more room. So easy to put together I did it on my own after a fight with the huge box 😳. Delivery was seamless and was a really good price considering the quality. Did treat it with a fabric protector spray just in case. Look forward to stretching out watching our favourite movies 😃

I'll begin with the only negative - delivery. Dusk cancelled the delivery date the evening before when I had taken a day off of work. They rearranged a week later and refunded the delivery charge. Improvements needed for the online status system with the courier company they use ...so a little frustrating, but it did arrive very well packed on the second date by two helpful delivery drivers who were happy to carry it down an awkward staircase to our apartment.

Positives! We purchased the Hampshire Chaise in the sale and we are so impressed with the look, colour and comfort. It is firm! But I have back lumbar issues and I have been looking for a firm and supportive sofa. After reading the reviews I decided to take a chance, having not actually sat on one. It is not a slouchy snuggle sofa. Walking up and down on the foam pads will soften the new foam slightly - I did this. The seat is a great height for us, not too low like a lot of sofas. The sofa came in 2 parts and took 10 minutes to assemble, so easy. The sofa has really lifted our living area. I was quite nervous purchasing an inexpensive sofa having not seen and tried it in a showroom. The design is timeless and the fabric (beige) and build has exceeded our expectations. Very happy!

I recently purchased a dark olive green sofa, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The color is absolutely lovely, and it adds a touch of elegance to my living space. It's comfortable to sit on and offers plenty of room for relaxation. Assembly was a breeze; I only had to attach the legs, which took no time at all.
The quality of the sofa is impressive, especially considering I bought it on offer. It looks fantastic, and I’ve received numerous compliments from friends who admire its style and color. There was a slight hiccup with the delivery, but the communication from both Dusk and the delivery company was excellent, making the process smooth overall. I would definitely recommend this sofa to anyone looking for an inexpensive, stylish and comfortable addition to their home!

I ordered this back in January when the seat was advertised as being available for delivery within 10 days. Unfortunately, it ended up taking 7 weeks. The lack of updates from customer services was the most frustrating part of the delay as there was complete silence. It’s also extremely difficult to contact them since the contact system is only set up for predetermined enquiries, none of which fit the issue (e.g, ‘my order has arrived but part is missing’ etc). Thankfully, once the delivery was booked, the loveseat arrived on time and was lovely. It’s great quality and very comfortable.

A lovely seat with high quality finish. Very supportive and well built. Customer service takes away a star. Slow delivery, coupled with impossible contact. Phone lines are closed, and any chase on orders gives automated email replies with no chance of talking to a person.
