All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Really happy. They fit perfectly into my two alcoves look great and good size storage
I was looking for a wooden bed with 4 drawers for long. Here I can find Elena Divan bed finally. The bed itself is very nice, and the packaging was strong enough to protect it during delivery. The assembly accessories kit was well-prepared, complete with spare parts, which I appreciated.
However, the assembly process took quite a long time due to some pre-drilled holes being incorrectly placed, making it more difficult and time-consuming. Additionally, it would be great if the drawers could be fixed on a rail, as they currently don’t slide back into place easily. I find myself adjusting them each time I pull them out and put them back.
Overall, I am happy with the bed but believe these adjustments could enhance the experience.
It's a pretty well made piece of furniture and looks good but the drawer is not fit for purpose. Tried everything but the drawer just sticks or comes out of the runners, not the best runner design I have ever seen. Might try and source a set of runners locally to replace the rubbish that is fitted as standard.
Nice design. Solid wood. Easy to assemble. It actually comes with 4 drawers, which is ideal.
really good quality. bit of a delay with delivery as there was a stock issue and customer services failed to let me know. issue was resolved quickly and product arrived after speaking to customer services.
