All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

The set came looking great and as I needed urgently to put it on I opened it and threw away the packaging, washed it but only once I was putting on the duvet cover I realised there were 2 small ripped holes and an odd thread of blue and red. These couldn’t have been made in the washing in no way.. obviously I’m not able to return it, but I’m pretty bummed as the set is brand new, lovely and soft, just the damage is a big thumbs down!
I have tried contacting dusk 3 times now via their webpage. I cannot find a telephone number. I have not had a response. Pillow cases arrived faulty and I would like a replacement.
