All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Loved the bed. Came in the correct colour though I was expecting it to look a lot more grey as all previous reviews mentioned (glad I got what I paid for). There was a scuff on the corner of the bed frame during the delivery process. Didn’t bother complaining, especially given the reviews regarding customer service. Overall happy with it, only downside was the scuff on the bed that I can’t get rid of and looks like it’s a tear. Easy to assemble.
My husband assembled himself no issues, we really love the bed and the storage is a great bonus! Easy to lift up & down. My bedroom feels like a hotel room 😍

The delivery took a really long time, around 2 months due to swapping distribution warehouses we were told. But when it did arrive I was really pleased. It came in two boxes. I was worried at first as couldn’t see any slats but they were zipped into a section behind the headboard (this was mentioned in the first instruction). I built the bed myself and it took around 2 hours. But it was very easy and simple to built and the pieces felt like good quality. I’m delighted with the final result. Looks great and there’s mountains of storage. I shopped around quite a bit and think it was an excellent price too.
Overall pleased with bed. Took two hours to put together. The headboard arrived with a mark on it. The colour I feel is slightly different to the website.
