All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Nice looking bed but broken pole already

Poles underneath have already fallen out and cannot be put back in as the screws won’t fit in the holes.

Lovely Bed

As always a good purchase from DUSK.
Beautiful bed, order processed easily, when I emailed with a question, they replied. Delivery was on the day I chose, and I was able to track the order.
With this bed, it was packed a slightly different way to the Berkeley Bed we have also had. My partner told me that the slats and bolts were missing…. they weren’t they were packed in the empty cavity of the headboard. This maybe clearly communicated, but we had about 2 hours to get the bed up before our guests arrived, so for us it sent us into a panic! Luckily the bed is easy to put together.
We are really happy with our bed from DUSK.

Lovely Bed

Absolutely love the bed! The only downside is that there isn’t much support so we feel like an extra metal bit would be more beneficial. Is there anything we can do about this?
