All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

I very nearly didn’t order this bed due to the bad reviews Dusk is currently receiving regarding delivery! Please do not worry! Within 2 days I had email to book on my delivery a day of my choice, bed was delivered within 5 days! Fantastic service from dusk and delivery company!!!

Looks beautiful, well made and the best quality flat pack we’ve ever assembled. Easy to follow instructions and all parts separately and clearly labelled. Even came with spares.
Our bed was delivered with a broken leg on the headboard. We had to have it repaired immediately as our old bed had been disposed of, we are still waiting for ‘Dusk’ to put things right
