All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

We were nervous about ordering after reading lots of bad reviews. However, order was dispatched within 10 days as advised and arrived promptly. Super easy to build and bar a few minor marks in hard to see places it’s good quality for the price. Headboard cover soft and squishy and overall a lovely deep colour of the wood.
stunning solid bed, was quite easy to build. Knocking a star off as delivery was 10 days after the advertised window.
Bed arrived with a broken headboard. Instead of arranging collection, they told me to dispose of it myself, which meant a trip to the dump at my own expense. They promised a replacement within 10 days—that was over a month ago.
Since then, I’ve had to chase them repeatedly. Each time, they assure me they’ll respond within two days, yet I’m still waiting. I now have half a bed cluttering my flat, a mattress on the floor, and zero communication from Dusk. This has been handled terribly, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Great quality, great size for small room given that it is quite stream-lined. The headboard is a nice two-toned herringbone. It feels quite expensive, great value for its price. It had a tiny scratch on the inside where it can't be seen. This is fine given that corners must be cut somewhere to make this at the price it is. It was fine to assemble. Thanks Dusk!
The bed is exactly as pictured - a great design. One leg had a crack in the veneer but customer services agreed straight away to replace it - fingers crossed that it arrives soon
