All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

The Poppy 5 drawer chest grey is brilliant quality but came with two handles missing. Two days since I reported/emailed customer service still no reply 😑 so this is review for the product but not how the order was sent to me or how the complaint was handled
We chose Nell hallway unit in cream for our cloakroom. It looks really smart and will be very useful for storing extra coats and shoes. I have given 4 stars because it was a bit tricky to build. My husband has a lot of experience making up kit furniture and we suggest you allow approximately 2-3 hours and a 2nd person for the last hour to help hold parts in place and for moving around. Not half hour to make up as suggested in the instructions! Now it is built and in place it does look great and we are very happy with the unit. The 4 stars are purely because of the building process.
Very pleased with this TV unit. Really lovely quality. The soft matt sage colour is subtle but noticeable looks great with the wallpaper around it.
It did take 2 hours for two to build, the instructions are as clear as flat-packed furniture instructions can be. Tricky in places to figure out which way round your building it..but we did OK first time too!
Spares for all fixings too.
I definitely recommend DUSK! Just persuading hubby that we need a new sofa!
These two tables are a matching set. A really lovely soft sage colour with natural wood tops. They are a good size too!
Easy for one person to put together following the instructions provided. Really good quality. Very happy!
This unit is lovely, very solid, sturdy piece of furniture. The mechanism for the draws seems more reliable than you find on cheap pieces of flat pack furniture.
