These look great in my dining room
Nice quality for a great price
I ordered two sets (4 chairs total) of the Phoebe Dining Chairs in Boucle Ivory/Black, and while the design and comfort are fantastic, one chair from the first set arrived faulty. I reached out to Dusk and was initially offered an exchange for just one set with the faulty chair, but in a different colour as the colour was sold out. Since I wanted a consistent look across all four chairs, I was concerned.
To my surprise and appreciation, Dusk went above and beyond by offering to exchange the entire set of 4 chairs, ensuring they all matched perfectly. The replacement process was smooth and professional, and the customer service team was incredibly helpful throughout.
