Terms & Conditions
- Our Mattress Removal Service costs £30.00 per mattress.
- Our Mattress Removal Service is only available to customers purchasing a DUSK mattress. It is not available to purchase separately.
- Your old mattress will be collected by Rhenus, our 2-man delivery partner, when they deliver your DUSK mattress.
- Your old mattress must be stored in a dry, accessible room between ground level and level three. Please ensure all bedsheets are removed in readiness for collection.
- Rhenus reserve the right to refuse collection if your old mattress is deemed to be in an unsuitable condition for recycling and the £30.00 paid will not be refunded. Reasons for refusal include, but are not limited to:
- Excessive damage and/or poor storage conditions.
- Rusting and/or corrosion caused by exposure to water or weather.
- Damage caused by fire, smoke and/or infestation by animals or insects.

Small Furniture includes: Pouffe, Dining Chair Sets and Bedside Tables
Medium Furniture includes: Dining Tables, Bedframe, Mattress, Chest of Drawers, TV Unit, Sideboards and Loveseas
Large Furniture includes: Sofabed, Wardrobe, 2 Seater Sofa, 3 Seater Sofa and Wardrobe.
XL Furniture includes: Corner Sofas.
XXL Furniture includes: Modular Corner & U-Shape Sofas.
If you have purchased multiple Large Items, we will wait until they are all in stock before dispatching them. If any of those items are purchased on a pre-order, please refer to the latest estimated delivery date on your order confirmation.
All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.
