If you’re purchasing a DUSK mattress from us, then we can remove your old mattress at the same time for a fuss-free swap!

Terms & Conditions
- Our Mattress Removal Service costs £35 per mattress.
- Our Mattress Removal Service is only available to customers purchasing a DUSK mattress. It is not available to purchase separately.
- Your old mattress will be collected by Rhenus, our 2-man delivery partner, when they deliver your DUSK mattress.
- Your old mattress must be stored in a dry, accessible room between ground level and level three. Please ensure all bedsheets are removed in readiness for collection.
- Rhenus reserve the right to refuse collection if your old mattress is deemed to be in an unsuitable condition for recycling and the £35 paid will not be refunded. Reasons for refusal include, but are not limited to:
- Excessive damage and/or poor storage conditions.
- Rusting and/or corrosion caused by exposure to water or weather.
- Damage caused by fire, smoke and/or infestation by animals or insects.

Next Day delivery service
To use the Next Day delivery service, please ensure that your order is placed before 7pm on the preceding day. Orders placed on a Next Day service before 7pm Friday will arrive on Saturday. Our Next Day delivery excludes orders placed on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Measure doorways, hallways, and stairs from delivery point to final location.
Will packaging fit?
Make sure to check your measurements against box dimensions, adding 5-10cm clearance for safe maneuvering.
Consider Assembly
Make sure you have enough space for assembly as well as final placement.
