All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

I have had some bad experiences with customer service but never with the actual product. This chair arrived and it’s great size and comfy enough. I wouldn’t say it would be comfy to sit in every day for a few hours but I have it in my kitchen area and great to sit and have my coffee in a morning. I’ve ordered a second one now.
Exactly as described, but better in person, great fabric, lovely firm seats and just look lovely, feet were easy to assemble, delivery was on time, everything about it was flawless, so glad i purchased 2 of these
