I completed a Help Request about this item over a week ago with no reply. There is no obvious phone number to ring so I am now as annoyed about the lack of customer service as I am about the actual product. I really just wanted to talk to a human being about this. I was waiting for a response before completing my review but as I’ve been asked again for feedback, here goes!
Love the style and size of the storage bench but am very frustrated at how difficult it was - and still is - to put together. It remains wobbly as the 8 screws and holes do not align, no matter how many times we have tried. My husband has built an extension and fitted a whole alarm system with less frustration than when attempting to build a simple storage bench! It should just come already built so as to save customers the trouble.
Feel annoyed as I thought I was buying quality and am left with a storage bench that is unstable and have no easy way to make contact with customer service. I know others have experienced this issue too as I have read similar reviews. Why didn’t you remove from sale? There is clearly a fault with this product.
I will not buy from DUSK again which is a shame as they have some lovely designs.
