Lovely Chair. Looks as does on website. Not the quick 10min assembly that the directions say though.
After receiving this beautiful accent chair in ink black🖤with the 2 holes to attach the arm missing, I contacted customer service who phoned me back that same day! The very next day I got an email from Harmony who i spoke to with a solution to the issue and a date within a week to collect it and deliver new one.
I really wanted to submit this as I've placed around 10 orders recently and everything has been perfect service, delivery and the one time I needed customer service it was a flawless experience, very fast,friendly and extra helpful!

As always great service and quality from Dusk. Lovely chair, looks great in my hallway. Would have given 5 stars but it was not easy to put together at. Took 2 of us and brute strength to attach the arms. Worth it in the end though.
Was a bit tricky to put together but looks stunning in our bedroom. Absolutely love the taupe colour
