*Velvet is known for its softness and luxurious feel. It is made of evenly cut fibres with a dense pile, which gives it its distinctive texture. When running your hand across velvet or when light reflects off the fabric, you may notice changes in the orientation of the pile threads. All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Delivery is not accurate at all, as the delivery frame I was given I did not receive my sofa. And customer service does not exist unfortunately.
LOVE our Brooklyn sofa! So comfy and beautiful colour for our home. ALTHOUGH delivery did take 5 months. Really nice material, bigger than we expected, we got the pouffe to which just makes it and can literally sleep on it like a bed! Overall very happy with the purchase now that it has arrived.
