All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

I had read the reviews. All of them. I was so close to not placing my order to avoid the hassle, but it was such a bargain in the Easter sale I thought I’d take a chance. I love it, it’s beautiful, feels lovely, it’s comfy, exactly what I wanted. No sofa issues, no delivery issues, it all went smoothly even though I held my breath the whole time.
