All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

I ordered my sofa the 16th of June and received it on the 23rd of July, I won't lie I was anxious with lack of updates and communication however now given the quality of my sofa I now see dusk.com is simply busy....the sofa is so comfortable easy to assemble and even smells lush I have had this for a while now and is still in the same shape/appearance as the day it arrived alsp the compliments I have received are outstanding, as someone who has only purchased from dfs I find the quality and comfort from dusk is my new go to and even saves some pennies for the same quality....thank you dusk
We bought the 3 seater sofa and this so we could make an L Shape sofa when ever we wanted without been restricted to the sofa always been in an L. It’s a great size and is the perfect add on to the 3 seater for comfy nights or extra seating when family are over.
Really lovely pouffe. Big enough for 2 people to use at once. Does slightly move on laminated floor when using sometimes but can easily be fixed by adding some grip to the legs.
Was very wary buying a sofa without sitting on it first but needn’t of worried its perfectly comfortable and looks stylish very happy and delivered as per expected date perfect purchase
