All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

After waiting 10 weeks for our sofa we was super excited to get a delivery date, upon unpacking we noticed that we had been sent 3 middle modules instead of 2 ends and a middle, upon ringing dusk we was told it was a warehouse mistake and we would have to wait till October to receive the two ends as it was pre order, not happy to say the least though the lady on the phone was very helpful and informed us we would get some form of compensation for the mistake in October. Away from that we love the style, colour and comfort of the sofa and the other pieces we have purchased from dusk in the past, so hoping that the rest of the order is fulfilled without any more mistakes.
If you pull up the seat cushions and move them forward with the Velcro then it gives a deeper seat and more comfy. It takes a couple of weeks for the filling to soften.
Ideal for feet up or a decent size as a guest seat
My sofa is absolutely beautiful, delivery was late but communication was ok once I emailed dusk. I am beyond happy with my Boston sofa and I would definitely purchase from dusk again. Delivery was smooth once shipped and the delivery guys were efficient and helpful. The sofa itself is really comfortable and perfect.
Ok so I had a panic because I saw reviews on the Boston saying it wasn't comfortable. I had waited 6 weeks for delivery by choice due to doing up the house and I was worried. But I was extremely happy with my sofa price and delivery. Plus it's all modular so if you moved or wanted to make it bigger you can easily :) many naps already been had!
