All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Better than expected.
I wasn’t expecting this bed to be as good as it is for the price.
Solid construction. Easy to put together with good instructions. Looks great.
Delivery was on time and delivery guys helpful and placed carefully in my room of choice upstairs.
There was an issue with a part being missing and it was/is frustrating having to email rather than phone but dealt with well.
I was a bit dubious about what the quality of the Ascot bed would be like as it seemed such a good price. But I couldn’t be happier! The bed was easy to put together (clear instructions), the quality is great & the delivery service couldn’t be faulted. Will definitely be ordering more items from Dusk.
I read a million mixed reviews on this bed and nervously just went for it. People saying it was badly put together, delivery was a nightmare etc etc.
Delivery was perfect. Arrived within a week of ordering in a date I selected. The bed was so simple to put together my 3 year old actually took the lead on a lot of it. The slats were a challenge to put in but to be honest…who ever enjoys the slats of any bed?
It looks fab in his room and now I’m no longer sceptical about ordering from Dusk. So so glad we bought this bed!
