It can take a while to truly know what you want to do with a space. We lived with it being off white in here for 3 years and always knew it needed something bolder. It took me a long time to find the right colour and decide on a style of panelling in here but I’m glad I took my time as I’m really pleased with the end result :)

Nappy Caddy ✨
What an uneventful post but it goes deeper than that.
I got this beautiful nappy caddy gifted from mabelandfox before Noah was born. We had an old felt one but how gorgeous is this?
We decided to start potty training Hugo over Christmas so there won’t be anymore nappies in this house (yes for nighttime but no caddy needed for that). It’s just another unexpected last that I didn’t expect and forgot about. Reminders of Noah not being here are everywhere but I often choose to not see it but then I do and another wave of grief overcomes me. At the same time, it’s another step to more freedom, for my child and us & in a way, it is exciting. I don’t think any of us love changing pooey nappies 💩😂✨

A sneak peak into the new indoor/outdoor living area.
The goal for this area was to maximize the valley views and we hope we’ve done just that.
With so much natural light coming in, we felt dark features would compliment light furnishings. We stained the beams to complement the dark flooring and we’re really pleased with the results.

We are absolutely thrilled with our brand new dusk.com sofa for ‘Margot’s Playroom’. We went for the Hampshire 2 Seater in Beige (of course because it’s well known I love a beige sofa!) and it is beautiful! Also affectionately known as the snug, the playroom is the smallest room in the house, but it’s filled with the biggest smiles and the loudest laughter, so we really wanted to have a sofa that we could all comfortably sit on as a family for story time. This sofa was the perfect choice and has exceeded all expectations as it is so comfy and the perfect fit!

I had help to build it but it is stunning!

Took my husband about 2 hours to assemble on his own, which wasn’t bad considering it was a 2 man job.
Overall I am really happy with my purchase. The wait time for the bed was a bit slow, but I was in no rush so I didn’t mind and once delivery was confirmed I got to choose a delivery slot and it came early before I left for work. So 5 out of 5.

Gorgeous bed, easy to build with 2 people, would recommended investing in a ratchet that replaces the Allan key to make it easier. Overall exceeded my expectations, especially for the price.

Super king size bed with loads of storage- easy to assemble & getting a great sleep on it. Would highly recommended- came on the day selected. We assembled ourselves which was fairly simple. Wood slats are neatly packed in the head board - we thought they were missing from the order but it’s a convenient storage space too!
