All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Middleton otter man bed

Found this easy to assemble. It was just like advertised and the fabric was of very high quality x we are in the middle of decorating the other bedroom and will be ordering another within the next month.

Gorgeous Bed.. amazing value and looks beautiful

I absolutely love my Middleton Ottoman bed.
It looks fabulous and is equally as good as many far more expensive versions of this type of bed.
The fabric is lovely and soft and the colour is an exact match to the fabric sample I pre- ordered & liked.
It did arrive in a lot of pieces, more than I imagined. I decided to pay someone to put it together and it was done in an hour.
The bed is beautiful and very comfortable.
A tip regarding the gas pistons.. don’t panic if the bed seems like it won’t close and they are stuck in the open position. Just gently push down on the base directly above where the piston joins the frame. It will softly close.
Customer service was excellent from online order to delivery.
I dealt with Joy who was absolutely lovely and so helpful, about a return of another item and again the service was amazing and so fast.
Highly recommend Dusk and will buy again.
I like their loyalty programme too. It adds up very quickly and you get worthwhile rewards.

Great bed!

Really lovely king size ottoman bed for our spare room.
Delivery was about 8 weeks but that was fine as it stated that when ordering.
Was worth the wait, it took two of us to put it together and the instructions were fairly straightforward.
The delivery men were very good and carried up to the spare room for me.
If you are on the fence re placing an order just do it.

Excellent quality bed for the price

This bed is lovely. The instructions are clear and we built the bed no problem at all. Only imperfection is the velcro strips to affix the base cloth are sitting proud of the sides so you can see them on the floor. We just removed them and reattached with a staple gun. Excellent product at a fraction of competitors’ cost
