All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

A lovely bed, pretty easy to put together if you follow the instructions to the letter. I would have given 5 stars, however there was a nut insert that was missing from one of the bed sides. I couldn't bear the thought of sending back and waiting for a replacement so had to do some creative mending to get it to work. Customer services were great when contacted for an update on delivery, and the delivery company were professional and arrived on time. Overall a great experience from DUSK.
I’ve just received the Windsor bed and I am very happy it’s a beautiful bed and even came earlier than expected I would definitely buy from dusk again
This is a lovely bed, matches nicely with our dulux natural hessian paint. My husband assembled it himself (with just a wee bit of help).
The bed arrives in only 2 boxes…. I thought parts were missing although a lot of the parts are zipped into the back of the headboard so don’t panic like I did!
So happy with it
Brilliant bed not to bad to put together very sturdy loads of space underneath for storage als bought a Fabulous mattress left it for a few days to fill out . We found it really comfortable not too hard or too soft always difficult when u have not tried something you are going to be on for 8 hours a day !
Our new Windsor Ottoman bed is wonderful. We love it, it looks great and is so comfortable. Really happy!
