All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Overall it's not a bad bed frame. Good value for money compared to the likes of Dreams etc.
But there are a few issues.
A drill hole was missed for the plastic slat holders. (Had drill that out)
Headboard is not as soft as the Madison and also the corner of each side of the headboard, the stitching is loose.
Frame is a little flimsy and the pull cord to lift the frame up is not long enough. Especially if you have a deep mattress like an Emma or Simba.
Delivery was easy, they even call to say their on the way.
Fairly straightforward to put the bed up.
Struts to the frame are very stiff to start off with so you will have to lift it up and down a few times so it becomes easier to lift.
Delivery was good on selected date for convenience. Fairly straightforward assembly. Bed is good quality. Ottoman storage spacious. 4 stars as the colour does appear more grey than I’d hoped. Was hoping “natural” would be more of a beige colour but it does appear more like a shade of grey.
This bed is so well made, the quality on materials is lovely. It’s classy and stunning. Putting it together wasn’t too bad. Very happy.
A lovely bed, pretty easy to put together if you follow the instructions to the letter. I would have given 5 stars, however there was a nut insert that was missing from one of the bed sides. I couldn't bear the thought of sending back and waiting for a replacement so had to do some creative mending to get it to work. Customer services were great when contacted for an update on delivery, and the delivery company were professional and arrived on time. Overall a great experience from DUSK.
I’ve just received the Windsor bed and I am very happy it’s a beautiful bed and even came earlier than expected I would definitely buy from dusk again
