All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

This bed is a lovely size and has good quality. The set up was pretty straight forward although definitely a job for two! Looks really lovely in our room. The only reason this hasn’t got 5 stars is because the bed is advertised as natural and in most images appears to be a stone colour however it is more grey so is slightly off tone with the rest of our room. Nonetheless is a good quality bed!
It’s such a gamble buying a big purchase such as a bed online and not seeing the colour and fabric but it’s paid off and I am in love! The colour of this bed is the perfect greige/oatmeal, basically no yellow beige tone at all which is perfect for me. The fabric and stitching is perfect too. I actually tackled the build on my own and found it really easy! I did YouTube a video (shout out to the lady who reviewed and built a Dusk Ottoman!) so it was much easier. So happy I’ve even recommended to a family member who is now looking to purchase the same bed.
The bed was well packed and instructions were easy to follow. Got the bed set up in about 1 hour. My only recommendation is when you assemble the bed and you feel frustrated take a break. The instructions are all you need. Great bed, would recommend but make sure you pay attention when you start mounting the slats and plastic bits I recommend to start from the middle and then place the slats on the left and right side of the bed last.

After assembling the bed, the bed structure didn't go down and I was ready to email customer service until I saw at the FAQ section that you will need to push it down with the mattress on top equally with two people and it worked amazingly!
I got it together with the mattress and it's very comfortable.
