All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Delighted with this lamp. It's even better than I imagined. Easy to put together & looks very stylish. Sits very nicely in our living room & looks more expensive than price paid. Really pleased with purchase.
Evri haven’t yet managed to get it to me.
I waited in for 5 days for the promised delivery and it never came. Eventually an Evri representative wrote and told me that they had finally located my parcel and that it would be with me’ shortly’ That was two days ago.
During this time I have written twice to Dusk but no response.
My advice to Dusk would be to get a new courier (whether they call themselves Hermes or Evri they still perform badly) and not to ask customers for feedback until the item has actually been delivered.
Really love this lamp. It arrived quickly. Was extremely well packaged and looks fabulous. The shade is large so it didn’t fit where I’d expected it to go so it’s now in another room but it looks better there. Really pleased with the quality. The base is a dark brown rather than a black. Would definitely recommend but measure your space first as it’s big.
