Gorgeous bed. Came in 2 boxes with half the bed frame cleverly concealed the bed head. Easy enough to build. Delivery men kindly took the boxes upstairs for me. 100% satisfied.
Bed side panel split in half, Bed frame not fit for purpose, dusk refusing to replace for an in stock bed as to replace the faulty part is going to take 2 months, that’s 2 months no bed, won’t issue a refund until collected, but also will only refund me a voucher. Not impressed at all, customer service now ignoring me, and have been a nightmare to try get this sorted, which their resolution is me being out of pocket essentially as they will not rectify the matter, forcing me to go buy a replacement bed. Avoid dusk and avoid the Surrey stripe bed, yes it looks lovely, but quality is shocking, cheap mdf covered in fabric.
The bed is for our son, he loves it. It was not too hard to put it together myself. Great value, very happy
I am over the moon with my new bed. Something very different and stylish and I just love it. Love the sage colour and the stripes.
Fantastic! Love my bed, absolutely stunning…so so happy! Delivery was smooth too (I read some mixed reviews about this) but no issues….Overall great product!
