All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

My sofa arrived 7 days ago as originally scheduled. Delivery was very timely and the sofa arrived in two large boxes. It was very easy to assemble and took about 15 minutes.
Sofa is large and firm. It's very comfortable and gives you plenty of space. Storage is small but very handy to have.
The only reason that I'm not giving 5 stars is the dark blue colour with velvet cover shows dust and dirt very strongly. Even if a small piece of dust lands on it, it becomes very visible.
But overall, I'm super happy with my purchase.
Really good size much bigger than I thought tbh, really lovely chair and quality I am so pleased with it. People have complained about delivery I had no problems at all. Delivery men were lovely too. Would absolutely use again
Sooo much better than expected. Packaged great sofa is beautiful everyone has commented on it! Some people have said delivery wasn’t good but mine was perfect all came on time and within a week. Definitely would use again
So close to 5 star! Easy to put together and love the colour but there is a very prominent glue stain right on the front of the sofa. I’ve sent pictures to Dusk but still not heard back yet. I could try and remove it myself but will need some specialist cleaner so I’m hopeful they will contribute to the cost so I don’t have to return it. Fingers crossed!
I am very pleased with the sofa. Initially skeptical having read bad things regarding delivery however arrived on time and was taken to my upstairs flat without issue. The quality is great and really pleased with the storage space underneath.
