All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

cheaper alternative as the ones delivered required assembly, so have ugly black bolts at the side of the legs, and you can see where the top sits on legs, not seamless, the web picture, description and previous reviews state no assembly required, so why did mine! They are lovely once put together but the bolts are deffo something i wasn’t expecting. I have complained but yet to receive a reply, i will also add they were deleted 2 months late

Firstly the description is incorrect these chairs are not ready assembled, they arrive in flat pack boxes. Assembly wasn’t that straightforward either, just something to bear in mind as we originally chose these chairs for their look and that they were ready assembled. There was also some damage on 2 of the 4 chairs - just cosmetic but a little disappointing once the same. Part of the pained metal has come off a couple of the legs This has now been resolved by DUSK. When all is said and done they look really good and does represent good value for money. We are happy with them. The seat pad is firm but we have found them comfortable.
