All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 3. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

becasue of the way the items are packed and dispatched - folded, the nice round shaped depicted in the pictures are never possible to achieve again once unpacked as the rope is too tough ...Dusk needs to think about how they package the item
