All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Excellent quality and washes very well.
I purchased the white / natural bedding and the colour works well with the Oslo Ivory Ottoman bed.
The item was double stitched along the edge and had pulled in across the pom poms. Clearly faulty. Have returned waiting to hear about new purchase and having to pay more postage

Just bought another set
I bought several items from Dusk and they all arrived beautifully packaged and very good quality. However, I was buying the items as a gift, and they arrived at different times. The first two items arrived on time, but the two covers which I’m reviewing took nearly four weeks. What was most frustrating was that it is impossible to contact Dusk. I tried writing several times, but just received standard replies. No chance of refund or cancelling order. However, now the goods have eventually arrived I’m pleased, but a bit apprehensive about placing future orders.
