Loved loved loved the pillowcases but because dusk have stopped delivering to Northern Ireland had to get it sent via Glasgow and fxost me £9! The commitment is real... but dusk please sort your delivery out!
I bought Alice , it is lovely quality , beautiful bed linen and I’m very pleased.
The delivery service was however very stressful.
It took me three purchases before I got it delivered,
I eventually found a customer services number and the ladies were very helpful and refunds were instant.
On my third attempt the bed linen actually arrived..
Using Evri was a nightmare, watching the tracking goods just went missing as soon as they were collected and failed delivery attempts that never actually happened.
Dusk please change your delivery company, it was a very fraught experience.
