Absolutely beautiful, the quality is fabulous, the fabric is so soft and feels luxurious. It was very easy to assemble, i did it alone in 10 minutes. I would recommend this piece, it's really made my room look more stylish.
Amazing. Looks stunning with the chair
Not happy with the extra cost of delivery. Sort that out please! I receive larger parcels that are left at my safe place and no issues. Or at least allow a second try delivery on the same delivery charge not asking for a fee straight away?
I received this pouffe as a like-for-like replacement after a return in warranty for a similar product (faulty legs). This new-and-improved design has reinforced the solder and widened the thickness of legs making it far more robust. Time will tell, but I can't fault Dusk's customer service and their design team for quickly addressing an obvious flaw in the original Northwich. The only downside is the gold colour has been noticeably muted, almost bronze so it no longer matches the rest of the gold accents in the room so it loses one star on colourway. Overall, I would recommend this beautiful piece.
