The Nora is so comfy and looks very stylish. I’ve had so many compliments about it! Delivery with Dusk was excellent. Have bought a bed due to the quality and service!
Really happy with the pouffe - colour is beautiful (and just like the picture on the site) and the velvet is so soft and smooth. BUT, dusk missed the delivery date that was confirmed TWICE, the communication and explanation was really disappointing and I never really got to the bottom of why it ended up taking them 3 weeks to get an ‘in stock’ item to me. They gave me a good will gesture in the form of dusk points, so I have to spend more to get the benefit, but I guess the upshot is that I did end up with a product I am very happy with.
This chair is so comfortable, This is the first time i have shopped with Dusk, the quality of the chair, and the amazing service from ordering to delivery was so very good, i am so pleased i found you Dusk and the most comfortable chair.
